I talked to Susan at PM today on NOV 3, 2025. She stated there is no problem or issue with my account, and that it is paid in full. I observed on the PM online site where it said I owed over $500.00 for two months of recurring payments from my credit union. It said that if the money wasn't paid, they would shut my account down. I checked my credit union and all monies concerning PM had been taken out for Sept and Oct. This created anxiety and I took it as a threat. Susan stated it was not a threat and that this is "normal" everyday business! She said I have 30 days grace period anyway. I asked her why it would threaten me if I had a 30 day grace period and my accounts are up to date. She continued to go with corporate policy stating that there is no issue. I definitely have an issue with the company threatening me for no reason! The AZInsuranceGuy - Don Rice is not answering his phone or responding to my texts. Both of these communications on my part show no respect for me, and do not take into account that I, as an individual, have an issue. Poor or no customer service.
